The project management structure of the ST Division has been thoroughly reorganized in recent years.
It now relies to a greater extend upon the notion of partnership with the requesters and endeavours to take the closest possible account of their needs while informing them of all important issues of interest during design and implementation of the project. It is essentially based on the setting up of a Project Team led by a Project Leader who is fully responsible for the organization and the overall management of the project. The bulk of the work stay within the ST Groups which keep their full technical responsibility in terms of design, selection of suppliers, consultant or contractors, and of the works supervision.
The GPST (Gestion de projets de la division ST) is the working Group which has set up the rules for the management of ST project and updates these rules twice a year.
